Meet Sara

Sara is our behind-the-scenes superhero and the person who keeps Healing Family Matters running smoothly. If you've booked an appointment, received an email, had a billing question, or wondered how everything magically comes together... there's a very good chance Sara had something to do with it.

As our Jane App and all-things-admin guru, she's the queen of organization, loves creating systems that actually make life easier, and somehow manages to keep all the moving pieces moving (without anyone noticing the chaos behind the curtain!).

With experience in Child & Youth Work, Oil & Gas, Fitness, and Healthcare, Sara brings a unique mix of organization, problem-solving, and genuine care to everything she does. She loves making both the client and therapist experience as smooth, welcoming, and stress-free as possible.

When she's not colour-coding calendars or making systems run like magic, you'll probably find her at a hockey rink or swimming pool cheering on her kids, walking her dogs through the ravine, or curled up with a hazelnut coffee and a good book. ☕📚🐾
