About Me
Hi, I'm Sara, founder of J & M Wellness and Consulting Inc.
Based in Sturgeon County, Alberta, I provide virtual administrative and business management support to healthcare professionals and clinic owners who want to spend less time behind a computer and more time doing what they love.
With experience across Child & Youth Work, Oil & Gas, Fitness, and Healthcare, I've learned that every business thrives when there are strong systems and dependable support behind the scenes. I love bringing order to the day-to-day, improving workflows, and helping create a seamless experience for both clients and practitioners.
When I'm not keeping things organized, you'll usually find me at the hockey rink or pool cheering on my kids, walking my dogs through the ravine, or enjoying a hazelnut coffee with a good book.
