Before Booking
If you have previously used HFM Navigate, please consider whether any of the following have changed since your last appointment:
• Crisis or emergency mental health situation
• Active suicidal thoughts
• Active homicidal thoughts
• Court-related involvement or legal proceedings
• A need for assessments, reports, letters, disability paperwork, return-to-work documentation, or other third-party documentation
If any of the above apply, please contact the clinic before booking, as HFM Navigate may not be the most appropriate service for your current needs.
