Meet Bahar
Sometimes you don't need years of therapy. You need one really good session with someone who gets it. That's where Bahar comes in.Bahar Sadeghieh (she/her) is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling – Provisional, with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) based in Maple Ridge, BC.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and conversational — the kind of down-to-earth that makes it easy to just talk. No judgment. No pressure. Just someone easy to talk to who happens to be really good at helping people find clarity, fast.
Bahar supports adults working through anxiety and stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, grief, and life transitions — basically, the "why does everything feel like too much right now" of it all. She has a soft spot for neurodivergent clients and women navigating their own stuff, and brings a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens to every conversation.
Expect calm energy, genuine validation, and a sense of humour that shows up exactly when it should.
Bahar's goal for your session: that you leave feeling heard, understood, less alone, and a little lighter — with a clear plan for what comes next.
Off the clock, you'll find Bahar with a coffee or tea in hand, a podcast playing, and her dog and cat somewhere nearby. Self-described chaos coordinator. Proud neurospicy human. Always recharging in nature.
