At Healing Family Matters Counselling, Kelsey works with children, teens, and families in individual and family therapy. She is also a lead therapist in our 14-Week Unlocking Your ADHD Child’s Superpowers Program: Family Edition, helping families discover practical tools and strategies that turn challenges into strengths.

Kelsey has a particular strength in helping families navigate complex dynamics with compassion, structure, and evidence-informed strategies, creating safe and supportive spaces for healing and growth.

Hi there!

I’m Kelsey, and I’m so excited to meet you! I’m passionate about working with children to boost their confidence, support their growth, and help them discover their inner strengths. Together, we’ll create a toolkit of strategies that your child can use both in our sessions and at home—making positive change a team effort.

With over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, I bring a warm, bubbly energy to every session. My approach is all about celebrating strengths and weaving personal stories into the healing process using strength-based and narrative therapy.

When I’m not in the playroom, you’ll find me hiking in the great outdoors, soaking up the calm of nature, or snuggling with my two adorable cats. I grew up in the Edmonton area, so creating a joyful and supportive environment here in the community is something close to my heart. Let’s work together to help your child shine!
