How to Claim Your Spot

If you’re interested in one or more of these workshops, please email: Debra@healthstreamwellness.com

A few important (and ease-your-brain) notes:

• You’ll only be charged on the day of the session — no upfront payment needed. This is just to hold your spot.

• If your plans change, a week’s notice is appreciated so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

That’s it — simple, flexible, and human.

Spots are limited, and this series will open to the broader community — so if something here is calling your name, now’s the moment.
