Once you sign up for an appointment you will be emailed a link to a secure portal. You will receive a welcome email. This is what your welcome email will look like:

“Welcome to our new online booking system! As we discussed earlier this is a link that will allow you to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments and view your appointment history. If you have any problems or questions please contact me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

The link below will guide you in setting up a username and password for your Healing Family Matters Counselling profile.”

Once you have set up your username and password you will receive both the online Intake forms and the consent forms to fill out before our first session. These forms can be filled out on your mobile devices either IOS or Android, tablet or laptop, there is no printing involved. 

Not a techie person? If you don't have access or use the internet we can fill the forms out in the first session - although... it is nice to have the forms completed before the first session so we can spend the whole session on you not on paperwork :)
