  • Domestic Violence
  • Grief and Loss
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Shame, Guilt and Anger

Does your heart need healing? Do you need someone to hold you up, strengthen you and help you to see things clearly?

I bring my “A” game and whole heart to my clients, whether you’re struggling with trauma, chronic health issues, cancer, chronic pain, pregnancy and  birth trauma, anger, anxiety, domestic violence, self-esteem, shame, guilt, grief and loss and anything in-between - I would be honoured to help.

We will work collaboratively to increase your confidence, understanding of what the root causes are, build capacity, and decide on strategies from my extensive toolbox to help you to heal using Strength-based approaches, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I am also a sign language interpreter, supervisor for counsellors in training, a trainer in EFT and other topics for counsellors and those in the helping field, and love to create and deliver special projects, programs, and groups by request.
