Rates
- Individual $150.00 plus gst per 60 minute session
- Couples $187.50 plus gst per 75 minute session
- Sliding Scale spots may be available please contact your counsellor to discuss
Insurance
Please ask your provider if they cover Clinical Counsellors under your policy. We do not submit directly to insurance providers, we will email or print your reciept at the end of our session for you to submit if your coverage allows or to use for income tax purposes. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about your coverage.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
